We understand that online shopping may leave you feeling uncertain. PremierBike has a 30-day return policy on unused products. If your not satisfied with your purchase we will take it back and return your money in the same form the products were paid for. Its that simple. The product(s) must be in 100% resalable condition and you must pay the shipping costs.

Payment Methods

 We welcome you to make payments using any of the many payment methods listed on this site. We have tried to include the most asked for methods of payment. If you have a special need please contact us.

 Credit, Debit and Check Cards

 During the checkout process we require the three or four digit security code which is printed on the back of your credit card. The security code helps protect against unauthorized use of your card.

 Cashier's Checks or Money Orders

 We accept cashier's checks and money orders as forms of payment. Just contact us and we will walk you through the process. Your cashier's check or money order must be made payable to PremierBike and include the invoice number that we will provide. Sales Tax

 We charges sales tax based on your shipping address and the tax rate at the time the sale takes place. Residents of Illinois will be charged the Illinois state sales tax. All orders shipped in the US but outside of Illinois will not pay sales tax unless the current law governing internet sales is changed. The prices quoted on our site for the products do not include any tax. Tax is added (when applicable) to the price quoted when you check out.

Order Processing

 Orders will be processed once authorization of payment and all information has been received. For complete bikes please fill out "Your Bike Fit" form. The shipping date will depend on the product availability at the time authorization of payment has been received. We can usually complete the bike set-up for your fit geometry within 2-3 days. Business days are Monday through Friday.

 Proof of Purchase

 PremierBike will e-mail you confirmation of your order once credit card authorization has been received. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

 Shipping Options

 We offer a number of shipping options. At the time of purchase we will advise you of the best rates and service providers.

No Resale

 PremierBike items are not for commercial resale. PremierBike only sells and ships to end use customers.

 Return and Refund Policy

 As stated above, PremierBike has a 30-day return policy on unused products. If you are unhappy with your order we will be happy to help you; to begin the return process please email us. We will provide you with an RGA number via e-mail. Once you have received your RGA number, package up your items in their original packaging and include your RGA number. Once received PremierBike will issue a refund for the purchase amount not including the shipping charge based on your original payment method. You will also be responsible for any shipping charges incurred for the return.

 We will not return or exchange the following products:

 1) Used products or products not in 100% resale condition.

 We recommend that you use a carrier that offers order tracking for all returns. It is also recommended that you insure the package for the value of the items contained. If you do not decide to ship with order tracking and insurance we will not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items upon return.

 Defective Items

 If you receive any product, which you feel is defective, please contact us before you use the product. We will get back with you in a timely manner to resolve the issue. If you believe the issue is a warranty matter please see our Warranty Policy for more information. Again, we will make this process as easy as possible.

Other Terms and Conditions

 All sales are governed by Illinois law, to the extent permitted by law. PremierBike is registered to conduct business in Illinois, USA.

 We are not responsible for any typographical errors made during your checkout process. We reserve the right to cancel orders, which contain typographical errors.

 We reserve the right to modify the "Sales and Return" policy at anytime.

 We reserve the right to interrupt operation, terminate, suspend or modify access to the PremierBike website at anytime for maintenance, changes or any other reason.

 Our Sales and Return policy shall not be used to grant any rights or remedies on any third party.
